elocksets.com is the best place to purchase products online. elocksets.com stands behind the quality of our products and we correct issues if you are not satisfied with your purchase.Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below.

The following items may be returned for a refund:
1. Defective merchandise.
2. Merchandise that was mispacked or not shipped correctly.
3. All products must be in resalable condition in original packaging with all parts and manuals. All products must have not been installed, scratched, and defected.

The conditions of which we cannot accept returns or exchange.
1. Without RGA# (Returned Goods Authorization number).
2. Special orders.
3. Products purchased longer than 30 days ago.
4. Products less than $20 in total value.

You can request an RGA# to return products. We cannot accept returns without an RGA#. Product must be returned within 10 days after you receive the RGA number. If you return a product to us without an RGA number, your return could be subject to additional restocking fees. Once you have set up your return, an RGA number and a ship-to address will be e-mailed within 4 days. Be sure to include your RGA number with your merchandise. This number will be used to guarantee that you receive your credit. When we receive the merchandise, you will be issued a credit or your replacement product(s) will be shipped.

All returns for defective merchandise or incorrectly shipped items will be returned at our expense. However, you are responsible for freight charges. You will be credited all reasonable freight charges if product is damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped.Returned items must be shipped in the original product packaging.

A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise, unless defective or mispacked. Shipping costs are not returnable. Freight charges will be deducted from the amount of credit for the items shipped free.

Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number within 14-21 days. If you paid by check please allow an additional 14-21 days for delivery of check via USPS.
