Baldwin Del Mar handleset offers Emergency Egress functionality that allows turning the lever inside simultaneously retracts the deadbolt for immediate exit. This handleset fits any door between 1-3/4” to 2" thick with a 2-1/8" bore standard door preps. Must have 5-1/2" Center to Center bore spacing between top and the middle bore for installation. Comes with adjustable backset latches.
