Our warehouses are strategically located in four different locations in US to deliver most of the orders within 2-3 business days.
Orders placed before 12:00PM PST usually ships out the same day if the item ordered is in stock.
Special orders for Baldwin Reserve products take about 3 weeks to ship.
Special orders for Baldwin Estate Collection products take about 4-6 weeks to ship.
Special orders for Emtek takes 10 business days to ship.
Special orders for Schlage, Kwikset, and Weslock takes about 4 weeks to ship.
We offer flat rate shipping charge of $10.95 for orders below $150.00 and free shipping for orders above $150.00 if the order is delivered within continental US. For shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, please email our customer service.
All orders ship via FEDEX or UPS Ground unless arranged otherwise. You will receive email with tracking information when your order ships from our warehouse.
To expedite shipping, please email your request to email@example.com. Addtional charges may apply to expedited shipping.
For all returns, please request Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing the request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All returns must accompany RMA so the returns received at the warehouse can be credited to the original order.
Returns need to be made within 30 days after receiving the order. Returns and exchanges may not be possible after 30 days.
For defective merchandise, you will receive RMA and paid return shipping label. Full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
For any other returns, there will be 30% restocking fee.
For exchanges, there will be 25% restocking fee.
Special order items are typically not returnable or has higher restocking fee depending on the manufacturer's restocking fee.
Returns must be made in the unused, resalable condition in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet this condition may not be fully refunded.
